My neighbors' kids always accidentally hit tennis balls and the like into our backyard, so it' not uncommon to see random things there. About two weeks ago, I saw something on the small patch of grass in my backyard. From a glance, I deduced that it was just a birdie like the kinds used in badminton, so I ignored it and went on living my life. Today, I was playing in my backyard with my dog. She picked up the birdie and I grabbed it out of her mouth to finally throw it away. When I grabbed it, I got a better look of it, and saw wings. It was an ACTUAL birdie.
