So I had been wanting to see the movie Milk.. I had heard about it and i was really interested in it because 1. james franco is in it. 2. Emile Hirsh is in it. 3. I saw a commercial on tv saying it won 2 academy awards. HOWEVER, i had no idea whatsoever what the movie was really about. all i knew that it was about activism and shit like that..
with that said..
i went to my friend's birthday dinner with a couple of friends i hadnt seen in while since we all go to different schools. One of my friends, Jane, was sitting next to me.. for as long as I've known her, her sexuality has always been questioned...
but i digress.. as the evening went on.. we all got into a discussion about movies we've seen or want to see.. now through facebook, i know that Jane had already seen the movie because she posted up a few pictures next to a Milk poster in a movie theatre...so.. i asked her in the bluntest way, (without any knowledge of the movie may i remind you).."Oh how was Milk??".. and in the deepest voice i've ever heard her give me.. she said.. "what makes you think i've seen Milk?"... i didnt want to sound like a facebook stalker or anything.. so i said "oh i dunno.. i just kinda assumed it.. i mean you look like the kind of person who would watch it"...which is true, she watches documentaries by michael moore and stuff like that, and i thought that Milk fell into the same category...Jane then looks at me hard.. I then admitted that i had no idea what the movie was about.. and she told me: "It's about the first openly gay politician in San Francisco..."

soo, last week, the wind blew at about 25-30 mph... dont know how hard that is? hard enough to do this to my fence i guess:
anyways.. so today my mother made me go to Home Depot, to see if we could hire someone to help us fix it... I walked up to a Mexican guy in orange and was about to ask him for help.... turns out he didn't work there.. I was just racially profiling..whooopps.

First whoops.

My neighbors' kids always accidentally hit tennis balls and the like into our backyard, so it' not uncommon to see random things there. About two weeks ago, I saw something on the small patch of grass in my backyard. From a glance, I deduced that it was just a birdie like the kinds used in badminton, so I ignored it and went on living my life. Today, I was playing in my backyard with my dog. She picked up the birdie and I grabbed it out of her mouth to finally throw it away. When I grabbed it, I got a better look of it, and saw wings. It was an ACTUAL birdie.
